The solution to a rural problem

Ninety-five percent of the beef sold comes from  outside the region. Yet, there are about sixty thousand rural farmers who own an average of 10 cattle each.

The per-head value of the cattle averages nine thousand five hundred rands but the quality isn’t always the same as the quality required by the market.
